Privacy

Meriden Labs, LLC operates Revenue Path Guard and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Revenue Path Guard is currently an invitation-only pilot. The application form collects your work email, technology stack, pilot preference, confirmation that you have a suitable test environment and permission to contact you. It does not ask for your repository, app URL, password, payment card or production credentials.

Why the data is used

We use this information to decide whether the pilot is a good fit, arrange one local CI check and contact you about your request. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Storage and retention

Requests are stored by the site's hosting and database providers. Only authorized Meriden Labs personnel can see them. Requests that do not proceed are marked to expire after 90 days and are removed during the next form or owner-ledger activity. Pilot records are kept only as long as needed for the pilot, payment records or legal obligations.

Evidence and test data

The pilot uses synthetic data in a local CI process controlled by the participant. The standard report contains sanitized JSON and HTML. Raw traces and screenshots are not collected.

Payment information

This site does not collect payment card details. If you join a paid pilot, Stripe processes the checkout and payment. Meriden Labs may retain the customer, transaction and invoice records needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can withdraw before a check, ask to see or correct your information, or request deletion by emailing support@revenuepathguard.com.
